No, unfortunately. Michelle does not take new clients as she is managing PNWG, teaching grooming, and has started her own family.   

Generally two weeks in advance if you have a specific day or time in mind, sometimes we have same day or same week appointments but you have to call or look online.  

Yes! Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for 100% of the cost of the groom, as we reserved a spot in our calendar for your fur baby and we will be losing money if you don’t come in. No-Show fee is also equivalent to the cost of the groom. 

 If you are late for the appointment, that will be a $20 charge. 

Yes, if you’re unhappy with the outcome, let us know within 7 days after your appointment and we will try our best to make it right.  If you see something that needs further trimming or anything that's included in the package you availed, you may come back to the shop to have it done, free of charge of course :)  

It depends on the breed, size of dog, coat condition, behavior and needs of the dog. The price is at the discretion of your groomer. 

The Full Groom (FG) comes with the whole body trim of the dog (any haircut you want). Meanwhile, the Bath and Brush (BB), the cut is around the specific areas only and should be done upon request. 

Both packages include a bath with a high quality shampoo and conditioner, 15min brush, nail trimming or dremel, anal glands upon request, ear cleaning and plucking, and the haircut.

However, if your dog takes more than 15min to brush or dematt, we charge dematting fees. 

Yes! It still takes more time to inch through matting than a dog without matting. 

If you have a double coated dog (Aussie, Golden Retriever, Border Collie, etc.) that you would like to be shaved or cut short, that would be a DOUBLE COATED SHAVE DOWN. This grooming package ensures that we are able to properly care for the skin and coat while providing you with a comfortable haircut for your pooch; also includes a bath, 45-min brush, nail trimming, anal glands, and ear cleaning. 

2-3 hours for baths and then 3-4 hours for haircuts.

Sometimes it doesn't take that long but we will ask for that amount of time unless you get a RUSH SERVICE for an extra $20.

 No, it’s all one piece in a bundle. 

We promise happy pets over perfect grooms. Depending on the dog, we focus on having a good time over a perfect groom. 

We do! At PNWG, we’re willing to train them to tolerate grooming, if not, love it! Just know we do have special handling fees for dogs who need extra care. 

We’re closed on Sunday but open during Saturday from 9am to 4pm.
